A returning client of ours is currently seeking an additional solicitor within its land and rural department. This role will initially be home-based, however when restrictions ease you will be working within the Perthshire office on a flexible basis.
This exciting opportunity will see you get involved in a broad caseload consisting of land and rural purchase & sale, agricultural leases, rural land conveyancing, renewable energy projects, selling land for development, servitudes, crofting and property support for complex business restructuring.
The firm has a fantastic reputation and highly values its staff. Flexibility with working hours and pattern is negotiable for the right candidate. Ideally the caseload requires a solicitor to 'hit the ground running', so you should be around 2 PQE + and have reverent experience within Land and Rural and/or Commercial Property.
