Have you handled Adult Social Care matters as part of your Lawyer/Solicitor training? If so, I have a fantastic opportunity for you!
A friendly London Borough Council are seeking an enthusiastic Lawyer to join their Adult Social Care team as soon as possible. This is a locum assignment that will begin on a 3-month contract with a view for rolling extension. This role will be conducted fully remotely.
My client is happy to consider newly qualified solicitors and junior lawyers for this position, as long as you can demonstrate relevant experience. Training and support will be provided to bring you up to speed!
The successful Lawyer will handle the following:
- Judicial reviews (JR)
- No recourse to public funds (NRPF)
- Disputed age assessments
- Unaccompanied minors
- S17/20 Children Act disputed cases
- Adult social care matters
