Following growth, my client seeks an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join the Guildford team, either based in the office or working from home.
Under the supervision of a solicitor, you will be assisting with processing non-molestation orders, occupation orders and private children matters, including preparing their legal aid applications and collating financial documents.
There may also be an opportunity to carry out advocacy.
