A prestigious US firm client is looking to hire a senior associate into its Private Funds team based in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a high-profile funds lawyer to join a market-leading Funds practice.

The role will involve advising some of the largest and most well-known fund sponsors and fund investors in the industry on a broad range of private funds matters, including structuring, marketing and operation of private funds and private fund managers, as well as the structuring of sponsor-to-sponsor deals.

Our client is particularly interested in candidates with 5-7 years' PQE who are currently working at leading Private Funds practices based in London and keen to take their career to the next level. Candidates with strong business development skills and a desire to support the growth of the practice are highly preferred.
