Our client is a leading financial institution based in Qatar. They have a wide range of investments and interests stretching across the globe.
Their corporate governance team is part of their legal team and is held in extremely high regard. As part of that team the role involves a wide range of international work, including the development of governance policy and working closely with the board to advise them on changes in financial regulation and the likely impact of such changes.
Applicants must have at least 10 years' of corporate governance gained in an international law firm, recognised regulatory authority or the in-house legal team of a financial institution. Experience of working in corporate governance in the Middle East is essential. The ability to speak Arabic would be much preferred.
Salary: QAR 50K pcm tax free
