THE ROLE
Within the firm's data protection and privacy team which is part of the Commercial group.
As well as data protection and privacy matters, the group advises on commercial contracts in particular IP, technology and data rich deals, and non-contentious intellectual property law as well as on digital transformation, digital infrastructure, licensing and collaboration matters.
The role is for a data protection and privacy lawyer ideally with experience of working with the technology, pharmaceutical and financial services sectors.
ABOUT YOU
A lawyer with 3-5pqe, you will have a solid knowledge and understanding of data protection and privacy matters, strong contract drafting skills, outstanding academic credentials and sound experience of operating at associate level within a complex international organisation.
