The Role

The Planning specialist team works with commercial and residential developers, investors, retail and leisure operators, social housing bodies, major corporate occupiers, banks and other funders and a range of public sector bodies on some of the UK's most complex and challenging urban regeneration schemes, along with mixed use, residential, retail and private rented sector (PRS) developments.

You will have supporting private and public sector clients on all aspects of planning, highways and compulsory purchase law, balancing their strategic objectives with the various demands placed upon them by the planning system.

You can very much control the future of this exciting practice, working alongside other industry leading professionals.

Requirements

• You will be a Planning Partner with at least 6 years + PQE (There is no upper limit for the level of PQE)
• You will be currently working within a Top National firm or City firm
• Worked within a respectable Real Estate group
• Exposure to a broad range of Planning matters
