Defendant Solicitor

We have an exciting new opportunity for a defendant Fee Earner to join a niche but well established PI law firm in central Manchester, salary to 32k plus bonus.

The Role:
As an RTA Fee Earner/Solicitor you will be handling a caseload of small and fast track litigated RTA files. You will be a Solicitor/ Fee Earner and the caseload will be defendant RTA claims.

The successful candidate will have good CPR knowledge and well versed in issuing proceedings. Ideally you will be a Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience managing low value Fast Track Part 7, with MOJ PT8, ideally having done DA and NDA.
