Debt Recovery Solicitor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a leading firm in Liverpool with a strong regional presence as a general litigation solicitor. Our client is a traditional firm with a long standing reputation they are heavily client driven and they pride themselves on establishing long term relationships with their clients.

The suitable candidate for this role will have strong roots in litigation and will be confident in civil litigation/debt recovery matters. You will strive to provide your clients with the best proactive and practical advice whilst managing your work in a timely manner. This role shows great potential for progression so is ideal for someone who is dedicated to a career in litigation.

This litigation role is varied and will include boundary disputes, debt recovery and enforcement, landlord and tenant matters, breach of contract, company and partnership disputes, building matters, consumer disputes, professional negligence claims.

Our client envisages that a suitable candidate for this role will be NQ - 2 years PQE. However, this has been given as an approximate guide for applicants and our client is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this PQE range but who have the relevant knowledge/experience.
