Residential Conveyancing Locum, 3+ PQE, West Sussex – A busy Sussex firm require the assistance of a talented conveyancing locum during a period of permanent recruitment.

JOB TITLE:            Residential Conveyancing Locum
PQE:                      3+ years
LOCATION:            West Sussex
 
THE ROLE:
This ambitious and thriving conveyancing practice require the assistance of an experienced Residential Conveyancer to support them whilst they proceed with some permanent recruitment into their small and proactive team.
This role will involve handling the full remit of sales and purchases of residential property from instruction to completion, providing a high level of client care across your caseload. You will be picking up on an existing caseload of matters, and therefore will need to be equipped to hit the ground running on cases at various stages of the conveyancing process.
This role is available to commence immediately for approximately 2-3 months.
 
THE CANDIDATE:
An experienced Residential Conveyancing Locum with a minimum of 3 years PQE, the successful candidate will be available to commence work at short notice. You will have the ability to confidently handle a full caseload of conveyancing matters and to pro-actively progress your caseload during the assignment. Enthusiasm for your role as a conveyancer and self-motivation are key requirements for this position.
