Your New Role

The Corporate Solicitor will be responsible for varied and interesting work, consisting of matters such as:

• M&A
• Private equity transactions
• Corporate restructurings
• Investments
• Refinancing
• Joint ventures

About You

Applications are sought from qualified Solicitors who demonstrate:

• The ability, drive and confidence to develop strong working relationships with national and global Clients
• The ability to provide support and advice to colleagues within the firm
• A driven team member with the ability to maintain the very high standards of this high-ranking firm

Salary

In return, the Corporate Solicitor will be offered £30,000 - £70,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
