Property Litigation Solicitor - Our client is a top tier Legal 500 firm who have been advising individuals, organisations and businesses for over 100 years. They have asked us to find them a further property litigation solicitor to join their award-winning and dynamic team based in Mid Kent.
About the Role
The department handle a wide range of commercial and residential landlord and tenant issues. This includes, lease disputes, ownership disputes, boundaries, rights of way, nuisance, trespassing and enforcement of covenants. Experience in handling agricultural and rural land issues would be highly beneficial.
Candidate Requirements
You will need to have at least 3 years relevant experience in handling a range of cases in the High Court, County Court, Tribunals and Land Registry. As well as commercial acumen you will need to have the ability to work in fast paced environment, good with marketing activities and have a proven track record.
