An exciting new opportunity with great potential has arisen for an Employment Solicitor to join a leading national law firm in Cambridge. Offered on a full-time, permanent basis, the role will see you working for a highly regarded and substantial Legal 500 firm alongside an excellent and talented team.
Your New Role
Working closely with this cohesive and supportive team, the Employment Solicitor will advise organisations and individuals on both contentious and non-contentious matters including:
- HR Policies
- Grievances and disciplinaries
- Discrimination
- Redundancy
- Unfair dismissals
- Whistle blowing
About You
To be successful in your application to this role, you will be a Solicitor who demonstrates:
- 2+ years’ PQE up to a more Senior level
- Experience of the above family law matters
- The ability to work closely alongside the existing team
- Commercial acumen
- Desire to get involved in business development and marketing activities
