THE ROLE
We have a new opportunity for a Solicitor to join an established in house legal department.
As a member of a busy team regarded for providing pragmatic legal advice to the business,
you will be expected to take responsibility for a mainly commercial workload providing support to the stakeholders.
The core areas of work will include; drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts, with a focus on IT
contracts, hardware and software agreements, risk and data protection matters.
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this business facing role, you will be a qualified Solicitor c 3 - 5 PQE with a solid background in
commercial/IT law.
This is a fixed term role to cover for maternity leave, applicants will ideally be available to commence work in the New Year.
