The Firm:

A leading US law firm with a strong international presence has an exciting opportunity for a Data Protection Paralegal to join their highly supportive and collegiate In-House Data Protection General Counsel team.

The firm offers excellent prospects for progression and its culture provides all of its employees with world-class support to achieve their ambitions and goals.

This is a broad and varied compliance role, which will include but not be limited to the following areas: (i) assisting with data mapping the firm's internal processes, (ii) advising on general data protection queries (iii) conducting data protection reviews; (iv) reviewing third party service agreements (v) providing training to the firm and (vi) assisting with data subject access requests.

Requirements:

The firm is looking for graduates with a legal background and at least six months prior experience working in the data protection field (ideally within the compliance team of another international law firm).
