Hourly rate: £40 - £50 per hour D

Role description

A busy local authority requires the support of an experienced Adult Social Care Locum for a period of approximately 3 months.

The postholder will provide advice and guidance on Court of Protection and Deprivation of Liberty act matters. The postholder will also attend virtual court hearings or instruct Counsel when required.

Person specification

Previous experience of adult social care either gained from the public or private sector. The client will consider FILEX, Solicitor or a Barrister for this Adult Social Care Locum role. Wider litigation experience is desirable but not essential.

This role will be considered on a full or part time basis on a fully remote working basis.
