The Role

This Legal 500 firm is looking to hire a Commercial Property Senior Associate 5+ PQE into their Taunton, Somerset team.

The firms very highly regarded team in Taunton requires a Senior Associate Solicitor to join them, and work closely with the team's existing partners and associates to drive the department forward. It is a mature and established team, and you'll find that the department is efficient and highly competent.

The role will involve handling development matters for land owners, developers and housebuilder clients so a backgorund in this work would of course be important.

This role will help you develop your technical and client management.

The role comes with strong Partnership prospects for the right candidate.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Senior Associate with 5+ years PQE.
• You will have a good grounding in Development work.
• You will be based in the firms' Taunton, Somerset office.
• You should be an ambitious candidate wanting to progress.
• Salary is very much dependent on your level of experience and background, although above market rate. You will also receive a truly excellent benefits package.
