Residential Conveyancer , Southampton
My client is a well known regional practice who have a strong reputation for their residential conveyancing output.
The residential property team has gone from strength to strength over recent years with a stable experienced team on hand supported by legal secretaries.
You will be an experienced qualified conveyancer with upwards of 5 years PQE. You will be comfortable handling traditional sales and purchase matters including high net worth matters; mortgages, new build properties, first registrations and transfers of equity and you will have good local knowledge and ideally some client relationships with local referrers.
The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and technical skills and be able to work with a team environment.
The firm have won many awards and have an excellent reputation generally.
Salary is to negotiation based upon experience so please view any salary quoted as a guide.
