A very well regarded multi-award winning law firm in Manchester is seeking a Court of Protection Solicitor to join their Legal 500 ranked department.
You'll be joining their stand out offices in Manchester city centre which offers a variety of services to individuals and businesses and prides themselves for excellent service.
Your role as the Court of Protection Solicitor will be to work within a Legal 500 Tier 1 ranked private client department where you'll handle your own caseload of court of protection matters. You'll be working alongside a well known team headed up by a leading Court of Protection Partner. You'll be given the exposure to quality work including high value and complex matters where deputyship or trustees are appointed.

To be considered for this role, you must be a qualified Court of Protection Solicitor (PQE level is c2 years PQE+). You'll have gained experience of handling your own files and/or assisting experienced Court of Protection Fee Earners, likely gained in a recognised firm. Those who have mixed private client experience including court of protection with a passion for this type of work will also be considered.
Your new role will see you dealing with a variety of COP work including but not limited to: deputyship applications, employment issues with carers, investments of funds, Buying and adapting property, deputy and attorney disputes etc. You'll be a passionate and ambitious Solicitor and be able to work confidently and autonomously and provide the highest level of service to your clients.
