The role will involve the full spectrum of commercial property matters including sales and purchases, lease work, liaising with investors, developers and lenders to discuss and negotiate suitable projects. In addition, working with the Directors to increase new business opportunities.
Ideally you will be a qualified commercial property solicitor with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE however, consideration may also be given to those with less PQE experience but, a focused commercial property background is essential. You will be client focused, be a confident communicator and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
