Head of Family Department, Wiltshire - 3+ years – A busy and popular regional Wiltshire private practice firm seeking a senior family solicitor for a head of department role.
JOB TITLE: Head of Family Department
PQE REQUIRED: 3+ years
LOCATION: Wiltshire
SALARY: £40,000 - £50,000
THE OPPORTUNITY: A full time Senior Solicitor is required to lead a busy family team within a popular and thriving team. This career enhancing opportunity will require the successfully appointed Head of Department to possess experience in all aspects of family law and be comfortable in leading a team successfully with prior experience of this. You will be familiar with setting and achieving departmental targets and working with staff with varying levels of experience. In addition to managing a department, you will also manage a caseload and conduct matters on behalf of clients and you will be required to undertake advocacy in the family court.
