Description
- Confidently handle a mixed caseload of residential property cases, including sales and purchases, from initial instructions through to completion
- Work with minimal/no supervision and in a timely manner to complete cases efficiently
- When needed support other fee earners, to ensure clients receive high customer service
Profile
The successful candidate will be competent in handling their own residential property caseload; they may be a qualified solicitor, legal executive or qualified conveyancer. They will be expected to join a busy team and take on a caseload and handle it with minimal supervision.
