We are working on a great opportunity has arisen for a residential property lawyer/conveyancer join this busy Buckinghamshire practice. The successful residential property lawyer/conveyancer will be joining the office based in Newport Pagnell.

It is important that you have a minimum of 3 years' experience of managing a residential property caseload. It would be ideal if you are a qualified conveyancer or legal executive, but if you are 'qualified by experience', please still apply!

You will be managing your own caseload which will consist of all aspects of residential conveyancing, to include sales, purchases, remortgages, freehold, leasehold, right to buys, shared ownership schemes, lease extensions and transfers of equity.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly high street firm and be instrumental in the further expansion of their residential property team.
