Our client, a highly regarded UK law firm based in the City, seek to appoint a Human Resources Business Partner, for a fixed term period of 12 months, to cover a Maternity Leave.
The firm are well-known for challenging the status quo and offer a refreshing and forward-thinking way of approaching problems. Their City office, which comprises 150 staff, is bright, modern and offers all of the luxuries imaginable.
The incoming HR Business Partner will have responsibility for assisting with the implementation and administration of the Human Resources programs, policies and activities for all personnel in London. Including the functional areas of, on-boarding and integration, compensation and benefit administration, performance management, recruitment, employee relations, off-boarding and terminations, training and development, recognition programs, counselling and workforce planning.
The wider HR team of 6 are extremely supportive, everyone chips in where needed and no-one is left to flounder, so a can-do/enthusiastic personality is required!
Professional Services experience is a prerequisite for this position and ideally you will have substantial Employee Relations exposure.
