My client is a large full service law practice that offers both privately and publicly funded family services with a busy branch office based in Telford. They currently have an opportunity for a junior Care solicitor to advise on a full caseload of LAA work.
The role would suit a qualified Family Solicitor or CILEx, upward of NQ level, though if you are at NQ level you would need to have previous experience in publicly funded family work as a paralegal. The work is publicly funded family law matters and includes non-molestation order and public and private Children Act work, and therefore someone who enjoys conducting their own advocacy would be an essential requirement.
The firm offers a market level salary and could accommodate someone looking for part time hours if that was required.
