Residential Property Lawyer - This medium sized, well established multi office practice based in the Surrey Hills has asked us to find them a further residential conveyancing fee earner to join their team.
About the Role
They are looking for a commercially aware solicitor with relevant experience in handing a busy caseload of well valued residential transactions including, freehold and leasehold residential, sales, purchases and re-mortgages and the acquisition of development sites and related estate conveyancing. Secretarial support will be provided and knowledge of case management software and CQS accreditation would be of distinct advantage.
Candidate Requirements
They are looking for a solicitor or legal executive with at least 3 years relevant property experience and who is commercially minded, astute and an all-round team player.
