Job Title – Residential Conveyancing solicitor

Job Description – A well-established high street practice in Leeds is looking for Junior Solicitors or Fee Earners who are looking for a Training Contract to join their Conveyancing Team on a permanent basis.
Duties will include:
- Dealing with a caseload of conveyancing files including difficult freeholds, leaseholds, sales, purchases, transfers of equity, shared ownership and new builds
- Liaising with clients, estate agents and solicitors and controlled the process from commencement to post completion without supervision
- Handling registered and unregistered files
- Compiling complex completion statements and drafted contract documentation
Applications will be considered from Qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives or Fee Earners with a minimum of 2 years experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload.
