Residential Property Solicitor/ Conveyancer

Through further growth they have created a number of progressive opportunities across the business with a specific focus on their Residential Conveyancing team. They operate a smooth practice that is client centric and aimed at servicing the local community and attract clients further afield throughout Hertfordshire, North London & Buckinghamshire.

This firm are now seeking an experienced Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Solicitor to join their very successful department, where you will work with a diverse client base.

The firm are a heavy investor in staff development and this role has fantastic progression opportunities.

The Role:

The firm are looking for an experienced Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Solicitor to join their team

The successful individual will work on a caseload orientated around Conveyancing matters such as: Transfers of equity and voluntary registrations, sales and purchases and re-mortgages.

You will enjoy working autonomously meanwhile liaising with the wider senior team to gain exposure to a high-quality level of work.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to work on a range of matters with a good degree of autonomy and has great prospects for career development.

This opportunity is open to Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives, Qualified Solicitors or those with quality conveyancing experience seeking an opportunity with a leading regional firm. Ideally you will have some initial business to bring to the firm - this position is available to start immediately.

Requirements

• You will be a Residential Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Residential Property Solicitor with at least 5 PQE +
• (There is no upper limit in PQE)
• You will have excellent communication skills and an interest in business development
• You should be ambitious and wanting to progress.
• You will be an organised individual who is keen to develop in your career.
