An opportunity for a Banking and Finance paralegal to get involved in interesting and complex deals working alongside associates of a leading
Client Details
A leading Legal 500 firm.
Description
You will be working very closely with qualified solicitors on a range of banking and finance matters. Your tasks will include (but not be limited to):
- Assist with acquisition finance, venture debt, restructurings, project finance, development finance;
- Drafting fee letters and legal opinions;
- Reviewing/analysing legal documents;
- Running insolvency searches, conflict checks, and opening files;
- Other ad hoc tasks
Profile
You will have at least one years' experience working for a leading law firm within the banking department.
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and looking for a new challenge.
Ideally you will have completed the LPC but not essential.
Job Offer
Salary dependent on experience.
