Banking & Finance Paralegals

Our fantastic International law firm client is currently looking for 3 Paralegals to join their award winning Legal Delivery Centre in their Birmingham office, the main focus of the role is to provide support for the Lawyers within the Banking & Finance arm of the Centre on specific projects both ongoing and new. The Legal Delivery Centre has grown exponentially over the last few years taking on more work from different Practice Areas, this is an opportunity to work with some fantastic Lawyers and be involved in a varying range of niche projects. The main responsibilities for this role include assisting with document review and due diligence, assisting with project work for the firm, sight check and edit legal documents, liaising with internal and external counsel, within the UK and globally, writing concise memoranda to summarize research results, maintaining document, transcript, and work product databases, assisting with trial preparation, conducting legal research, organising and prepare chronologies, disclosure lists, exhibit lists and/or privilege logs, coordinate work with outside vendors, including adherence to strict deadlines, maintaining confidentiality of client information. Candidates should have a Law Degree or Equivalent and at least 6 months experience in Banking & Finance or Financial Regulatory departments within a law firm or professional services environment. The core hours for this role are 9.30am -5.30pm and this role is paying up to £22,500.
