The client
Our client, a leading Investment bank with a worldwide presence, are seeing a Glasgow based Commercial Contracts Lawyer (NQ to 7 years PQE).
The Candidate/Role
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in drafting and negotiating various commercial contracts. Must have experience in negotiating and drafting:
- Service level agreements, non disclosure agreements,
- Terms of business
- General commercial contracts etc.
Residence in either Glasgow, Edinburgh and surrounds, or ability to relocate to is essential.
