We're working with an international firm who are looking to recruit a corporate solicitor (3PQE+) to their top tier corporate team.

The Role

- You will work on a broad range of high quality corporate matters to include M&A (public, private, domestic and international cross border), joint ventures, equity capital markets and private equity
-The team are internationally focused - the majority of deals involved three or more jurisdictions
- The client base is fantastic allowing you to work on deals on a local, national and global scale
- There are great opportunities for client secondments and placements into other offices of the firm

The Candidate

- Corporate Solicitor, 3PQE+
- Strong corporate experience gained at a large regional, national or international firm
- Excellent academics
- Able to manage client relationships
- A team player
