Corporate Tax Lawyer, 2-6PQE, 12 Mth FTC, Elite Global Firm

We are working with an Elite Global Law Firm in London who are looking to hire a 2-6 PQE Corporate Tax Lawyer for a 12 month fixed term contract. The role is due to start in the early New Year.

The team are highly ranked in all directories and are frequently hailed as the leading tax team. A significant proportion of their clients are within the finance, real estate and technology sectors.

Candidates are likely to have experience in advising on a range of UK and cross-border tax matters, particularly the tax aspects of corporate acquisitions, financings and restructurings, corporate relocations and group structure planning.

This contract represents a superb opportunity to work within a renowned team alongside some of the market leading, top tier, Partners within the corporate tax space.

Successful candidates are likely to:

• Be a qualified lawyer within England & Wales
• Possess between 2-6 years' PQE in handling a varied corporate tax caseload
• Have obtained their experience from leading International, US, Magic or Silver Circle firms
• Possess a client-centric ethos with a keen eye for detail
• Have a genuine drive for working within a market leading team
• Be able to start a new role in the early New Year
