A Legal 500 firm, with two sites across the Northern Home Counties, is seeking a senior corporate commercial solicitor for their well established Luton office.
The ideal lawyer will have at least 8 years experience that should include the full range of commercial contracts and agreements, M&A, MBO/MBI and finance matters. You will act for clients across the professional services, transport, IT, Recruitment and Aviation sector in both the local market and nationally.
The firm is expanding and have some partners retiring in the coming year, as such, this role is advertised to suit a Senior Associate who is looking to move as a partner or make partner within the first 12 months.
This role will see you involved in managing existing key client and developing new business leads. You can expect a leading regional salary and package with excellent long term prospects.
