Investment Funds Solicitor

Our client, an international full-service law firm is currently recruiting for an experience Funds lawyer to join them on an interim basis starting in the New Year for an initial period of 3-6 months.

The position has come about due to an increase in workflow. The investment funds practice of this highly regarded firm are leaders in this area. They represent private equity firms, funds, and other corporates on drafting, negotiating and structuring complex and often international funds deals. You will have demonstrable funds experience gained from a highly reputable international or city practice and be both collaborative and technically astute in this area of practice.
