An opportunity has arisen for a Childcare paralegal to join a quasi-organisation on either a locum or permanent basis.

This is a unique opportunity for a Childcare paralegal to join a forward-thinking organisation. You will be part of a big, encouraging Childcare team and support some of the best legal professionals in the industry.

As a Childcare paralegal you deal with Public Law Child Proceedings; duties will include:

  • Assisting with bundling and drafting witness statements
  • Undertaking administrative duties including diarising court dates and filing
  • Completing forms and applications
  • Opening and closing files

You will be an excellent communicator, be able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure as well as have previous experience in Child Protection Law.
