Corporate Associate/ Principal Associate, Liverpool , Manchester

We're working with a national law firm who are looking to recruit a corporate solicitor (3PQE+) to their successful corporate team

- Recognised at the Manchester Legal Awards over consecutive years
- Legal 500 recommended team

The Role

-Due to a healthy pipeline of work they are looking to bring in an experienced corporate solicitor
- This corporate team provides a comprehensive range of corporate transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs and buy-ins and trade sales and disposals. They also handle the full range of company formations, re-organisations, re-structuring, joint ventures and shareholder agreements.
-The clients are predominantly OMBs and SMEs which affords a certain flexibility in terms of the expectations of hours required.

The Candidate

- Corporate Solicitor, 3PQE+
- Strong corporate experience gained at a large regional, national or international firm
- Excellent academics
- Able to manage client relationships
- A team player
