Property Paralegal

Sellick Partnership are currently with a fantastic Public Sector organisation, based in Yorkshire, who are looking for a part time Property Paralegal/Legal Officer on a Locum basis.

The successful candidate will be required to assist with a variety of matters including:

• Processing Right to Buy applications
• Taking ownership of any enquires from the public or internally
• Conducting the necessary fraud checks and liaise with solicitors as necessary

The role is to start in January 2021 and the position is initially for 3 months, with the potential for extension. This is a part time role for 2 - 3 days per week and you will be working remotely for the duration of the assignment.

We welcome candidates from a non-legal background to apply, but applicants must have previous experience of handling right to buy applications and must have a working knowledge of statutory sales, to be considered.
