PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR OR LEGAL EXECUTIVE - - A fantastic opportunity with great potential for a Lawyer with a solid grounding in Private Client matters at a substantial regional Leicester law firm



An outstanding opportunity in the Private Client field for a Solicitor or experienced Legal Executive at a substantial regional law firm.

We would encourage applications from candidates who are 3 PQE up to a more senior level, with a solid grounding in a good range of Private Client matters.

You will be responsible for managing a significant caseload of wills, probate, tax and trust matters including estate administration.

The Role

Manage a varied caseload of wills, probate, tax and trust matters that will include:

Providing general advice to clients on all aspects of wills, probate, tax and trust processes;

Preparing all types of wills;

Dealing with estate administration;

Inheritance tax planning;

Advising on risks of death, divorce or bankruptcy;

Setting up and administering trusts;
