The Role
The firm is seeking an Employment Associate or Senior Associate to join their team in St. Albans, Hertfordshire.
You will take a senior role within a busy team that has recently had an influx of new work, making now an exciting time to join. The firm will provide access to a diverse, high-quality caseload - the team currently provides technically astute advice for Employers & Employees across:
- Complex TUPE
- Employment contracts,
- Restructuring
- Grievances, discipline, bullying and settlement agreements
You will work in synergy with other departments including Litigation & Corporate therefore you must be adaptable, this approach undertaken by the firm has created a sociable culture across their offices, A commercially minded outlook and business development skills will underpin this role, as this firm is seeking to grow their practice.
This is a role that comes with excellent progression prospects and where you will be invested in and supported in growing into an excellent lawyer with a high-quality and substantial client base.
Requirements
- You will be an Employment Lawyer with 4 PQE +
- There is no upper limit in PQE
- You will have a good experience in a broad range of Employment work
- You will be a team-player with first-class communication skills and an eye for detail
- You will have a keen eye for new business opportunities and networking skills
- Ideally, you will have experience of leading and mentoring more junior lawyers
