They will ensure you are provided with a thorough and nurturing onboarding process; and once embedded into the business, you will be offered full support for you manage your own varied caseload.

The Role

This leading regional firm are seeking to hire an experienced Contentious Trusts & Probate Solicitor into their Chelmsford office

We have assisted in further developing their Private Client & Litigation teams over the past 12 months with high profile hires; these individuals have already generated significant further work for the Contentious Trusts & Probate Team.

It is worth noting that whilst fee earning will be the focus, you will also be responsible for business development, networking and team growth/ management. These duties will increase on your journey to partnership, where your role will become less fee earning focused.

Requirements

• You will be an experienced Associate OR Senior Associate with 4 years PQE +
• Experience of managing and mentoring more junior colleagues is advantageous
• You should have first-class communication and outstanding business development skills
