The Role
You will join an award-winning employment team that is led by a team of partners widely regarded as leaders in their field and who are regularly recommended by clients for their reputation, personalities an outstanding expertise.
Your caseload will be varied which will make for an interesting role, you will deal with; day-to-day employment queries, such as disciplinary and grievance matters, maternity/family leave issues and working time questions, more strategic projects such as compliance with new legal requirements, senior executive issues, including negotiating appointments and exits, collective matters such as restructuring, redundancies, integration and TUPE, industrial relations and trade union matters, employment tribunal, civil court and appeal litigation. There will be a strong focus on Corporate support on this position.
You will deal with a broad caseload, the variety of which will make for an interesting role.
Requirements
- 2 Years + PQE (No upper limit on level of experience)
- Qualified in England & Wales
- Ability to analyse complex legal issues
- Able to develop relationships with Partners, fee earners and staff at all levels
