The Role

You will work very closely with a heavy hitting litigation Partner; you'll have unprecedented exposure to the firm's clients and you will work directly and closely with the Head of Department making for an incredibly interesting workload.

The dispute's team handles a broad range of matters, all of which arise from their highly interesting client base.

They are a dynamic, market leading department are highly commended in the Legal 500 and Chambers for their dispute resolution work.

The team have big plans to grow over the next few years so this is an excellent time to join them and progress in the department.

The work is varied and as an example, will include, largescale fraud claims, asset recovery, banking & finance disputes, insurance disputes, aviation enforcement actions, director and shareholder disputes, insolvency litigation, trust disputes and warranty claims.

Requirements

 

  • 6 Years + PQE (No upper limit on level of experience)
  • Qualified in England & Wales
  • Ability to analyse complex legal issues
  • Able to develop relationships with Partners, fee earners and staff at all levels
