Banking Solicitor - 1-4 years PQE - Surrey
This leading Banking and Finance team are currently looking a talented solicitor between one and three years PQE to join the team in Surrey. With a premier rating in Chambers and an enviable FTSE 250 client list, this is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate.
Acting for banks, other financial institutions, borrowers and a number of renewable energy companies, we provide a full range of advice on finance matters from bilateral and LMA based club transactions, asset, acquisition, project and property finance to restructurings and refinancings. They have derivatives expertise and a track record in specialist sectors (such as renewables) in addition to general financing work. Working closely with their clients, truly understanding their sectors, their strategic goals and vision, the team can provide 'truly excellent' advice
Working with Chambers rated partners the successful candidate will join an enthusiastic and client-centric team. This role will offer access to a broad range of banking and finance work - the successful candidate will therefore need to be able to demonstrate experience gained from a city or regional banking or corporate finance practice.
