JOB TITLE: Investigations Paralegal/Case worker
PQE: 2+ years of relevant experience
LOCATION: London/Remote working

THE ROLE:
A fiercely sought after position has become available at a hugely passionate healthcare regulator, working on a remote/from home basis.
This role will involve handling your own caseload of healthcare investigations, interviewing witnesses, drafting witness statements and analysing evidence. You will be producing high quality, comprehensive legal reports on your findings and conclusions. You will need to be hands on in resolving legal issues, dealing with enquiries from complainants, registrants and other teams efficiently and effectively.
This organisation provides an excellent support structure and ensures guidance and advice is always available when required, despite working remotely under current restrictions.
This role is available to commence immediately for at least three months, with potential for extension depending upon workload.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will be an experienced Regulatory Paralegal or Case worker seeking an opportunity to undertake a most exciting and challenging new position within the healthcare field. You will have gained at least two years of paralegal or case working experience within a regulatory body, or alternatively within the regulatory department of a leading law firm. This will have involved interviewing witnesses, drafting witness statements and analysing evidence.
The ability to assimilate and interpret complex information is an essential skill for this role, accompanies by the highest level of personal integrity. A “can-do” zealous enthusiasm, self-motivation and creative innovation are key requirements for this position.
