This corporate solicitor role will see you handle a range of corporate transactions including M&A, private equity and capital markets work. The firm has a first rate client list that includes many household name clients.


What you'll need to succeed

You should be a corporate lawyer with 3+ years' pqe. You should have gained good quality M&A experience and be commercial and client focused in your approach.
