The Role

This Top 20 UK firm are looking to for an Private Equity Mid/Senior Solicitor (3+ years PQE) to join the team in their Flagship City of London office, being part of the wider Corporate Group.

You will work within a Leading corporate practice, recognised as 'Team of the year' and significant players in the market.

You will work within the Private Equity Team, ranked highly in the higher Markets. You will be working on a range of transactional values £150million+. You will represent private equity institutions, management teams, debt providers and portfolio companies through all stages of the private equity life cycle.

You will also be undertaking Private M&A, working alongside Leading Partners in both of the fields, however this is a caseload that will highly consist of PE matters.

Requirements

• You will be a Private Equity Solicitor with 3+ years PQE experience
• You will have had strong experience working within a leading law firm
• You should have a strong technical knowledge and be commercially astute
• Excellent communication skills and interest within Corporate matters
• Salary is well above market rate and is negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus a market leading bonus and benefits structure.
