Private Client Lawyer - West Kent.

This is a rare opportunity to join one of the most highly regarded law firms in Kent.  Not only are they highly ranked in the Legal 500 and Chambers but they are widely regarded as one of the best law firms in the region with one of the lowest staff turnovers.  They rarely need to recruit as they look after all their staff exceptionally well but due to an internal move, they are now looking to recruit a fee earner into their private client department.

This team deal with a range of private client matters including wills and probate, LPA's, Court of Protection and Tax and Trusts work, but this role will focus more on the wills, probate and estate planning side.  They handle high quality work, the vast majority of which is high net worth often involving complex and high value assets and therefore you will have experience in handling such work.  

Applications are welcome from qualified solicitors or legal executives with at least 2 years PQE in private client work including strong experience in wills and probate and experience of dealing with high net worth clients.  Nearly all of their fee earners are currently working remotely, but it is hoped post pandemic that this role will be a mix of office based and remote working and therefore if you are local to the Kent area then this would be preferred.  Their office is very modern and is easily commutable from most of West, Mid and North Kent, South London and parts of Surrey and Sussex.
