Project Finance Lawyer

A Top City Law Firm is looking to recruit a Senior Project Finance Lawyer with an Energy/Resources specialism for an ongoing contract based remotely.

Key duties:

• You will be responsible for a range of high value project and finance work.
• You will work with a wide range of clients to include utility companies, O&G production and exploration companies, banks, PE and infrastructure funds. 
• You will be involved in energy project development work,upstream Oil & Gas finance, renewable energy finance, energy regulation and renewable mandates.
• You will work on an international caseload looking at clients looking to invest in international markets and inward investment.

This is an excellent opportunity to work for a Top Tier Law firm, alongside a highly regarded team. 

You will have trained and qualified at a top City Law firm or a highly regarded in house organisation and will have gained a minimum of 5 years' PQE specialising in Project Finance with Energy and Resources.
