An experienced Residential Conveyancer is required by one of the regions longest standing practices, who are currently expanding their well regarded Residential Conveyancing department based out of Newton Le Willows.
Joining this really well established department, you'll be an experienced Residential Conveyancer (paralegal/fee earner or Solicitor) looking to further their legal career as part of a well established and friendly team. You'll have previous experienced handling residential conveyancing transactions (ideally from instruction through to completion) including, sales and purchase, leasehold and freehold, transfers of equity, right to buy etc.
The team overall are vastly experienced and you'll work alongside senior solicitors, licensed conveyancers and fee earners and have full support from administrators and legal assistants. You will have your own caseload of files and be expected to be able to work with little to no supervision.
The salary for this role is competitive and will be in line with your previous experience. There is also a generous bonus system and full benefits, including on-site parking.
